Halloween Memories

Halloween is on the way, so I want to post a few memories.
This was Halloween 1993. That was the year that the Felony Department of OK County Court dressed up Egyptian. He cooked up this Egyptian-in-the-chariot costume, and made the vest himself. (Strange man, very strange man!)

house this year was Hawaiian.


This was the year that Art Perone had a halloween party. After the party, the adults took the kids trick-or-treating at Quail Springs Mall. I think we had more fun than the kids! We had strangers taking our photo! We had a blast. If I remember correctly it was 1988.

In honor of John Henry's Birthday

Today is John's birthday. I am posting this in honor of the occasion.


Daddy posed in front of this store at an outlet mall so we could bring the photo home to John Henry. If I remember right, this was in Stroud, Oklahoma. This mall was destroyed on May 3rd, 1999 in the big tornado, and was never rebuilt.

And, here is Daddy lighting the candles for John's birthday in 1997.



We are having a bunch of friends today for his birthday, but to us it won't be nearly as fun as the birthdays with just John, Shelby, me and Daddy.
