We made an offer on the house last night, and then signed dozens of different forms that basically just say that we are interested in making a purchase. I had forgotten just how much paperwork there is to buying a house! And, it's just beginning. And we don't even know yet if we will qualify. And we have to do it all over again if the owners don't accept our initial offer. No wonder it's been 20 years since the last time I did this!Wednesday, January 30, 2008
